What happens to my customers' data?
As little as possible. Conversations are not stored permanently; enquiries (name, callback number, request) go straight to you by email. You receive a data-processing agreement (DPA) from us and ready-made text blocks for your privacy policy.
Does the AI make up answers?
The assistant only answers based on the content we define together with you. For questions beyond that – such as prices we haven't stored, or medical and legal topics – it politely refers people to a call with you.
How long does setup take?
Usually a few working days. You provide us once with around 30 minutes of input (website, price list, typical customer questions) – we handle the rest, including installation on your website.
Does it work with my website?
Yes. The widget is a single line of script and runs on practically any website – WordPress, Jimdo, Wix, Typo3 or custom-built. You don't need a new provider and no website migration.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel monthly. We remove the widget (or your web designer deletes the one line of script), and no further costs arise. No minimum term, no fine-print traps.
